We’re very sorry your flight has been cancelled. Hot air ballooning is extremely dependent upon weather!

 

Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to hard decisions such as cancelling a flight in order to keep everyone safe.

 

If you would like to either reschedule your flight to a different day that works with your schedule, or if you need to cancel your reservation entirely and receive the refund (if applicable) please follow these steps:

 


REFUND

 

When you make a reservation on our website or by phone with one of our customer service agents, a card number is taken to hold your reservation and no payment is taken until your flight is successfully completed. This process helps to avoid refunding passengers whose flight was cancelled due to weather.

 

If you booked through a third-party company (such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, Get Your Guide, Adrenaline 365, etc.) we suggest you reach out directly to them regarding your payment.

RESCHEDULE

 

If you would like to reschedule your flight to a different date we will honor the rate with which you originally booked and get you rescheduled to another day if availability allows.

 

Please note, availability can be limited. If there is a day you would like to try, even if we’re sold out, you will have priority on our waitlist due to your previous flight was cancelled.

Once you reschedule your flight, our 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy does go back into effect. If you were to cancel your reservation within the 48-hour time period before your newly scheduled flight, there would be fees involved.Â
